Send With a Friend is a free coordination tool. We don't carry, insure or inspect anything. Couriers are volunteers doing a favor.

Never send

• Anything illegal where it's sent from, carried through, or delivered to
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks
• Drugs, including prescription medication not belonging to the recipient
• Hazardous materials: flammables, corrosives, compressed gas, lithium batteries outside devices
• Cash or items of high value you couldn't bear to lose
• Live animals
• Anything you haven't honestly described

By using the service you agree

• Senders are responsible for what they send and must describe it truthfully.
• Couriers may decline, inspect, or refuse any package, and aren't liable for loss, delay or damage.
• Nobody should pay or be paid through this service; it's for favors between people.
• We may remove packages, trips or accounts that break these rules. Report problems from any package or profile page.
